Standard Container Rates*
Rental Term Weight Policy Rubble: $400
12 Yard: $400
20 Yard: $450
30 Yard: $500

Dumpster rental is set for 14 days. If you need additional time, it is charged at $20/day or $100/week. All containers have a weight limit of 3 tons. If the contents of the container exceeds the maximum limit, there is a $70/ton overage charge.
Other Charges
Moving a partially filled dumpster to a new address costs $125. Moving a partially filled dumpster to a new position on job site is $75. A failed trip fee of $75 will be charged if we are unsuccessful due to dumpster overloaded, blocked or inaccessibility. A prohibited items charge will be applied if there are any appliances or tires in the dumpster.
*Standard rate applies within our coverage area. In some cases, we will go outside the normal coverage area for an additional $50-$100.

Upon rental, you accept responsibility and agree to the following
Loading the Dumpster
The dumpster must be filled below the top of the dumpster. In order to keep the dumpster safe and legal to haul, nothing should stick out above the top or along the sides of the dumpster. Any sharp materials should be loaded sharp-side down. *If a dumpster is overloaded and/or too heavy for a driver to lift, we reserve the right to leave the dumpster onsite until the customer has corrected the issue. The customer is subject to an unsuccessful trip charge of $75 and if rental period has expired, extension fees of $20 per day will start to incur until the dumpster is rescheduled and removed successfully.
Dumpster Placement
Dumpsters will not be placed any place a driver thinks we may have difficulty retrieving the full dumpster. A driver can refuse placement if it causes a problem or concern upon delivery or pickup. Alternate placement will be discussed with the customer. Be aware that a dumpster comes with an inherent risk of damage. The delivery and pick up of dumpsters can result in cracked or scratched driveways, asphalt and/or sidewalks. As well as stains, leaks or discoloration. *Fine Cut is not responsible for the aforementioned. If we set the dumpster where the customer asked and then are asked to come back and move it due to customer and/or municipal request, a trip charge of $75 will be incurred.
Payment
Dumpsters must be paid for via credit card prior to delivery. Our drivers do not accept any form of payment at delivery. Fine Cut reserves the right to charge your credit card for any prohibited items, trip charges, overage fees and outside coverage area fees if deemed necessary. In rare cases, Fine Cut does allow a customer to set up an account with Net30 terms in which cases, Fine Cut will invoice these customers additional charges when necessary.
